Rascov 4 Units This course focuses on using Illustrator to createartwork, to design icons, to communicate visually with graphics, and to work with file formats. Emphasis is on the use of Illustrator for publishing, integrating with other applications, and designing web graphics.

This class is a great introduction to Illustration. Offered every semester and should be taken by beginning students.

Cooper 4 Units This course focuses on patterns, information architecture and application structure, navigation, layout, actions, data, and client/customer input. Emphasis is on screen, tablet, and mobile product interface design and development. Students create site maps, sketch prototypes, wireframes (using a variety of tools), and have the opportunity to build a solid understanding of the interface design process and needs from client request through design, development, and testing. Pass/No Pass Option

This is a great class is offered usually once a year.

Cooper 4 Units This course focuses on website production and development using XHTML, HTML, and CSS. Basic scripting code is introduced. This class cover HTML 5 and CSS3.

This is a great class to take for web development. This class is offered every semester and should be taken by beginning students.

Rascov 4 Units This course introduces the stages of video making, including narrative structure, and acquisition of video production skills in camera, lighting, sound and editing. Principals of motion graphics, and post-production delivery for webcast and new media are also covered. Production work, editing with software, readings, and screenings outside of class are assigned.

This class is offered only once a year.
